Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

We currently ship to the following European countries:

• Denmark
• Finland
• France
• Germany
• Italy
• Netherlands
• Poland
• Portugal
• Spain

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays.

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please report it to the carrier upon delivery so that a claim can be made if necessary.

If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed or collected, the customer will be responsible for any return charges as well as the cost of reshipping the order.
